TGFU stands for 'too good for you', which means that something is of higher quality than what you deserve or too expensive for you to afford. In other words, it is an expression used to taunt someone who cannot afford or achieve something of higher value. For example, one person could text another and say "I just got a new Gucci purse, TGFU" implying that the other person cannot afford a Gucci purse.
